This compact unit presents the medical supply needs encased in a wooden panel with an asymmetrically placed light. The sockets for high and low voltage are readily accessible as are the medical gases.

Wall brackets for multimedia arms can be integrated behind the wooden panel to retain the aesthetic design, removing the requirement for unsightly media arm power supplies and mountings.

Placed asymmetrically on the base, either the Schyns S120 light or the LED light Schyns S121 can be used.

The S120 light uses energy-efficient T5 fluorescent tubes for general lighting and reading light. The general indirect lighting spreads light equally throughout the room. The direct reading light enables variable horizontal adjustment. The position of the light can be adjusted to suit the care needs and comfort needs required in the room. Alterations (such as relocating the bedside table for left-handed people) can be performed without difficulty.

The underside of both lights has a suspension groove in which practical accessories can be suspended without tools.
