University Hospital Galway – AMAU
University Hospital Galway recently opened a new Acute Medical Assessment Unit within which were tasked with overcoming the problem of having a bed space at window locations where medical trunking was not feasible.
The hospital was keen to keep the natural light in the area so a ceiling mounted Medical Supply Unit in the form of an Ondal Boris Medical Beam was the ideal solution.
Synergy Medical supplied the Boris beam in 18 locations and a more traditional Cableflow Medisys Integra Medical Trunking System at areas where a rear wall was in place.
